Good backgrounding post, and definitely agree on the integration of civil marriage in Lebanon and the whole secularism thinking! I think it's the only solution to such a complicated matter, I don't think there is a direct solution, it is only proportional to how deep the problem is and how complicated hence it needs the same number of years to project into the future, sort of an investment in our future generation.
